For 8 Servings
Recipe
- 2 lbs bacon, fried and crumbled into pieces
- 1 pk (32 oz ) cubed hash browns (we used 2 20 oz packages)
- 1 pk (40 oz ) shredded cheddar cheese
- 4-5 green onions, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced or cut into small pieces
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
My Sisters Breakfast Casserole Directions
- Combine bacon, hash browns, 3/4 of the cheese, green onions, garlic, salt and pepper.
Spoon into greased baking dish.
In bowl, combine eggs and milk and then pour over hash brown mixture.
Bake at 350 for 50 mins. Remove from oven and top with rest of cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and pretty. Enjoy!
