Breakfast Cups with Ham, Egg and Havarti

Ingredients

For 3 Servings

Recipe

  • 6 eggs, room temperature
  • 12 slices deli ham
  • Onion, diced (dice a little at a time to only use as much as you want/need)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh thyme
  • Havarti slices, about 3 slices or more if you want

Breakfast Cups with Ham, Egg and Havarti Directions

    Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  1. Spray a 6 cup muffin pan with cooking oil. 
  2. Layer each cup with 2 slices of ham, layered over each other covering the bottom and sides of the muffin tin.
  3. Sprinkle diced ham into each cup over the ham.
  4. Crack an egg into each cup over the ham.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Rip the slices of cheese and place pieces over each egg in the cups.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh thyme.
  8. Bake in oven for about 10 minutes or until the whites are cooked. Enjoy!
