Breakfast Cups with Ham, Egg and Havarti

- 6 eggs, room temperature
- 12 slices deli ham
- Onion, diced (dice a little at a time to only use as much as you want/need)
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh thyme
- Havarti slices, about 3 slices or more if you want
Breakfast Cups with Ham, Egg and Havarti Directions
- Spray a 6 cup muffin pan with cooking oil.
- Layer each cup with 2 slices of ham, layered over each other covering the bottom and sides of the muffin tin.
- Sprinkle diced ham into each cup over the ham.
- Crack an egg into each cup over the ham.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Rip the slices of cheese and place pieces over each egg in the cups.
- Sprinkle with fresh thyme.
- Bake in oven for about 10 minutes or until the whites are cooked. Enjoy!
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
