Apple Cinnamon Pork Loin
The house smells wonderful when this is baking. I used a big thick bone-in pork loin. I suggest to use 1 apple per loin.

- 1 thick bone-in pork loin
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons all spice
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Apple Cinnamon Pork Loin Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Sprinkle the pork loin with salt. Place the pork loin in a deep baking dish and cover with apples, butter, cinnamon, all spice and brown sugar. Cover. Bake until pork loin is done. I depends on thickness of your cut of meat.
