Buttery Baked Potato Wedges

- 1/2 cup butter, melted, more as needed
- 1-1/2 large potatoes
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Optional additional seasoning: cayenne, garlic powder, curry powder to taste
Buttery Baked Potato Wedges Directions
- 1. Peel and quarter lengthwise the potatoes into wedges. Put the wedges in water until ready to use.
- 2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray the foil with cooking spray. Place melted butter in a bowl or shallow dish. Mix flour, salt, pepper and other seasonings (if using more) in a separate bowl or shallow dish. Roll potatoe wedges in the seasoned flour. Dip into butter. Place potato wedges on the prepared baking sheet. You may have to add more butter as you go along.
- 3. Bake the wedges in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes. Wedges should be tender and golden brown. Enjoy!
