Crockpot Pork Chops with Pineapple and Apple

- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 Apple, peeled, cored, and diced into 1 inch chunks
- 2 pork chops, thick cut and bone-in, seasoned with salt, pepper and cayenne
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 tbls brown sugar
- 2 tbls soy sauce
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Crockpot Pork Chops with Pineapple and Apple Directions
- Place pork in bottom of crockpot. Cover with pineapple, onion and apple. In separate bowl, mix together brown sugar, cinnamon and soy sauce. Pour over food in crockpot.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Eat over rice or pasta and enjoy!
