Spinach and Garlic Pasta

- 1/2 of an 8 oz box of pasta. I used spaghetti
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- I bunch fresh spinach, cleaned and stems removed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan Cheese, optional
Spinach and Garlic Pasta Directions
- Boil pasta in salted hot water till al dente.
- When pasta is done, drain pasta reserving 1/2 cup of the water it was boiled in.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic to skillet and cook till fragrant (about 1 minute). Add spinach to the skillet and cook until the spinach is wilted. Then, add cooked pasta to the skillet and combine well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put on plates and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Sooooo good!
