Avocado Snack Bagel

Ingredients

Recipe

  • 1/2 plain bagel. I used sesame seed.
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Avocado Snack Bagel Directions

  1. Toast the bagel half. While toasting, mash the avocado with a fork in a bowl. Then stir in onion, lime juice, salt and pepper. 
  2. Once bagel is toasted, spread cream cheese on top of bagel. Then top with avocado mixture.
  3. Delicious!

Top
