Blueberry Buttermilk Pie


For 6 Servings


  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 pie shell
  • 4 tbsp. softened butter
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 3/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups sugar

Blueberry Buttermilk Pie Directions

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Pour blueberries into pie shell. Combine butter, buttermilk, vanilla, and eggs and mix by hand or with mixer. In separate bowl combine flour, salt and sugar, then add to the wet ingredients. Stir the mixture and pour over the blueberries. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through
