1 jalapeƱo, sliced or diced and leave the seeds in for the heat.
1 pear, diced. I left the skin on.
3 large cloves of garlic, diced.
1 tablespoon fresh dill
1 tablespoon good quality olive oil.
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Salt to taste.

Mix all together. Chill for 30 minutes to give flavor a chance to blend. Enjoy on top of any meat (beef, chicken, lamb, fish, etc). Also a nice topping for a salad. Use your imagination and enjoy!
