1/4 cup butter, melted
4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 pinch salt
2 cups milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup all purpose flour
Custard Pie (makes its own crust) Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put all ingredtients into a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
Pour into buttered 9 inch pie pan.
Sprinkle with nutmeg and/or cinnamon.
Bake for 45 minutes.
