2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray the foil with cooking spray. Place melted butter in a bowl or shallow dish. Mix flour, salt, pepper and other seasonings (if using more) in a separate bowl or shallow dish. Roll potatoe wedges in the seasoned flour. Dip into butter. Place potato wedges on the prepared baking sheet. You may have to add more butter as you go along.
